The gormet crepe has been re-imagined for a whole new generation, thanks to the entrepreneurial foodies at Creme de la Crepe.

Forget the truffle-stuffed, cognac-lathereed, flamboyantly flambeed concoction of yesteryear. Today's crepes are more likely to come with a slice of smoked salmon, a spoonful of harissa and a dash of balsamic. Or, for the sweet of tooth, chunks of Mars Bar, a handful of strawberries and a splash of Baileys.
